Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, with deep roots in Hong Kong, he effortlessly blends Eastern and Western cultures—creating meaningful connections with every audience he meets.
His journey began at UC San Diego, where he studied Communication and Media Studies and discovered his passion for hosting and storytelling. Immersed in event planning, live coordination, and media production, he gained hands-on experience organizing music festivals, fashion shows, and brand activations. In 2025, he was proudly recognized by UC San Diego for his excellence in hosting and event planning—a foundation that continues to shape his versatile and dynamic approach to every celebration.

Since 2012, Chester has hosted over 2,000 radio shows and online programs, becoming a trusted voice in the Chinese American media community.
